No one knows if the SEC case will see a court room or not. The DD we have now can assume only that the case is ongoing. Any conclusions are speculative. The recent move by JB from CEO to CTO offers some of what the SEC wants in its case against JBII. We wait.

One posting side saying yes it will and another saying no it won’t, will produce nothing of substance.

I wouldn’t chase the ask right now. There is not enough information on the table.
