In October 2017 SCOTUS will decide on the constitutionality of IPR. The PTAB at this time make a decision on patents (private property) without a trial by jury and un appealable. That violates the 7th amendment which is why SCOTUS will have to decide on IPR. Huge win for SFOR when this is decided in our favor and IPRS are thrown out. Link below
