Correct. Many of the Private Placement investors bought at various times throughout January and February, so their 6 months would come at various times. That would be 50,000 shares on up to 250,000 shares per person throughout various weeks over the course of two (or more) months.
Again, some MIGHT want to sell right away if they got their shares for much cheaper... But most who do Private Placement actually have this thing called PATIENCE. That's why they were OK with being forced to wait 6 MONTHS before they could even consider selling.
Most Longs I've talked to throughout the months all talked about waiting to see what developed into 2018... I can't imagine they changed their mind and sold at $0.42 - $0.50 all of a sudden.
