I wonder if the USPTO is reacting to the US Supreme Court hearing the case on if taking away a person's IP without a jury trial is legal.....
Also, consider this: The Date it was Filed
It has been only 3 1/2 months since it was filed! Strikeforce was filed against 4 months ago. So it appears that we will not necessarily have to wait until September 14 for a decision ( 6 months )
