ALL EYES ON $TMPS. RED HOT! Trading at a rock bottom price with huge upside potential, very little downside risk in the fact that it most likely won't dip below .25 maybe not even .30 for very long.
Billionaire goes through what it appears as hostile takeover. His non-compete clause from prior company has ended. He purchased senior note, giving him access to 70 some odd million shares at .08 per share. He purchased 2 M shares on the open market. He brought in a M&A specialized guy to help run the company. The company is shedding liability from the warrants. The company is actively bidding on more contracts, and just recently got another one (as noted in recent 8-k). In addition to all of that, have contracts or parts of contracts that total $100 M over the next 5 years.
After all the recent warrant conversions, the O/S count is 17.3 Million. Company is on pace to earn about 20M this year. At .3280 per share, the market cap is 5.674 M.
I read this as the pps is severely under-valued for revenue alone. When you add in all that I've mentioned, I am trying to buy as much as I can. I just gloss over prior comments of scam, dilution, etc. I know what I have here.
