Ah I see your confusion.  Fair enough.  It was for the PIPE investors in May to get a sense on how profitable a RKT cluster would be and if it would be worth buying into JBII knowing that JBII will ultimately expand into RKT.

No, I don't have proof.  Just common sense.  Since JBII's known business plan consists of mostly as of now setting up shop(s) at RKT it makes sense to know the expect profits of RKT.  Since SAI doesn't give stock advice they instead just gave project advise.

It's also possible that the attempt was to get project-based financing, but the whales wanted common stock instead.
