I actually have no idea if it is something they could use to buy shares back, or not. It is just the timing that seems to make a connection... February 2017. I tried to get an answer somewhere else, but people answer according to their motive... here I am hoping someone will know for sure and give a neutral, but definite, answer, because I'm very curious.
