Bull,  does Andrew have a plan following cash flow positive?  We know the catalyst in play is the pre-funded 21 well program by TNC which will get TECO to cash flow positive.   What will happen in parallel and following any revenue from the 21 well program?  Or is this a linear process where the other catalyst can't happen unless the 21 well program is successful?  I really wish TECO would publish their existing business plan albeit just a plan.
