Credibility is saved for the big phIII, or the combined phII/III - when the numbers get huge. Size matters so much! If they truly prove lack of toxicity in this trial - that will be enough for others to start in phII. Exception - combo trials may have to repeat phI because of cumulative risk/liver metabolic issues.
