There is no buy out from Amazon for $5. It was in response to selling the company and $5 was for a example not an offer. Hypothetical since to make all investors whole it would take about $5 a share to cover those that bought at .17 ($4.27) lost inflation and interest to break even. Jeff Folly was reported to buy 10mm shs @ .17. So why would he want to sell for $5 when he knows the potential is unlimited.
