$CEI,,, Check this out. CEI may be ready for a great run. Volume showed 5.81 million shares vs. a daily average of just a little under 690 thousand shares. The volume began showing up on 6/21 and the pps was $.19. Opened today @ $.24 and closed today @ $.32 and is up $.01 in AH (5:08 pm). I think this may go over $1.00 by weeks end. This is of course only my opinion,,,I am only one man!
