Drano - that is simply not true. He can sit on PK results and qpcr results. He can choose not to release until study close and cumulative results have been quantified. This is not lawsuit strategy - rather is is highly professional and elevates the standard of his little Biotech from a pumping company that over releases anything that can possibly be construed as positive. Don't construe sitting as a negative - it is an elevation of open label standards - he is being as clean as possible - the ultimate professional.
