Hold on there, 4kids...just because the excerpt you posted from PTOI states that the proceeds of the office sale went toward the mortgage, closing costs and real estate taxes...doesn't mean that was all of the money. In fact the math very much shows there was money left over after those expenditures. Check your math before calling others liars--you appear to have relied on a bad assumption in your assessment.
