You will see that on alot of stocks here in pennyland you will get used it. Don't let it fool you tho there are plenty of stair steps up to that level it won't just jump from that price to .05 just cause that is the next visible step. In fact that MM usually may not even have any shares and they may be there for dilution purposes if you see them exit there high ask position and start selling on the ask that everyone else is or were just a moment ago is dilution most likely. Often times they will have 10k ask on the L2 that is an iceberg.
