What a damn mess !!! Sad thing is that all this talk about litigation will result in ziltch, nada, nothing....for the shareholders. The ONLY ones who will benefit is the legal team. I know that is a fact as I have gotten penny's on the dollar more than once. And not very many penny's.
The only thing that can positively come from this is the intellectual property and any patents, if any exist.
