I do not agree that Aspire is selling. The company has not sold them stock in awhile and has money in the bank, so I don't see why the management would be using any more of the financing agreement (selling more stock to Aspire) until they really need to. Thus Aspire has no need to sell stock, and they would be fools to do so since they probably paid more for it than the current price.

The stock price is down here because of manipulation, pure and simple.
