for starters valuations could climb easily in comparison to Redbox which Apollo aquired (Apollo Global Management for $52 per share in cash.)
since Ultraflix will need to have A list Content and capture the numbers of users it's obvious that it'll be a steady climb once launched.. but make no mistake this is a serious business model disrupting movie rental and ownership models unlike the rest out there ... the reason is content owners once they see the money flowing in they're going to dump the rest and come to Ultraflix I've no doubt Ultraflix will be disruptive to many streaming sites for the sole reason that it can stream cheaper than everyone else
