Gamecock, I respect your opinion. If you think the naked shorts didn't have to cover before the name/CUSIP change, then Alan's theory is a logical explanation for the low SP.
I'm just as upset as anyone to see the constant attacks by Mako and AF to some extent. Rosen's lawsuit caused big damages as it prevented CTIX from uplisting. The SP would certainly be higher had CTIX able to uplist and start Phase 3 for B-ABSSSI.
Just a friendly reminder that they have been two big sellers (Aruda & Aspire), both are holding millions of shares. From the filings we know Aruda has sold more than 6M shares. Aspire has yet to file Schedule 13G so they have been selling to stay under the 5% limit.
All these factors could explain why the SP is low. Just my two cents.
