You misunderstood my post. The SEC is describing the usual behaviors of someone who claims there's a large naked position. One of them is claiming they'll be forced to cover as the stock goes up.
Your fidelity example assumes 100% sells and 0% buys, which can't be true.
Most of you know I'm a facts guy. All I'm asking is to provide the FINRA short volume data as is. A link to the daily file is even better. There's no need to add the short sales % line. I think Drano has requested something similar but you turned it down.
