Ultraflix/Hisense/Sharp Connection....
We are now starting to see Sharp's TV specs mention Ultraflix.

Just a refresher, Sharp was acquired by Hisense:

Hisense is using the Sharp name to expand their brand in the United States with a very competitive price tag.
It's amazing to continuously see Ultraflix right there next to Amazon, Netflix, and Vudu.
Vudu was bought out by Walmart in 2010 before streaming started showing it's face. Walmart knows that entertainment is viable, I don't think they will ever consider moving Vudu out of their portfolio. Netflix does not have a VOD model so technically, Amazon is the only competition to Ultraflix. Paying very close attention to the tech acquisition trend, IMO Amazon will attempt to acquire Ultraflix. At least, looking back historically it would be the right thing to do for a company of their size.
