The PPS is still wide open to manipulation at this point, so take advantage if you can. Smart money will be loading up, and then the same manipulators that helped walk it down will walk it right back up again.

I remember when this was at a little over 2 cents and some bull shitters were busy posting on this board that they couldn't justify buying any more (and some recommended selling). Either not so smart, or just phonies, attempting to scare shareholders into selling cheap.

In order for manipulators to buy, someone has to sell. We know better than to say it's the company selling cheap, cause you can see when they are selling (for capital raise) from their filings, and it never added up to a majority of sold shares. Just profit takers, scared sellers and short-sold shares took up the bulk.

All I'm saying is if you have to take your profit at this low price then do it, but if you don't have to you should be buying!! You'll be big time celebrating the move later.
