01/04/2013 07:07 PM ET - Stocks tacked on small gains Friday as they put the finishing touch on the Nasdaq's strongest week in more than a year. The NYSE composite advanced 0.7% Friday, while the S&P 500 added 0.5%. The Nasdaq was up less than 0.1%.
