NR (non retail) has just a few problems .. 
note since 5.10.17 to today (7.6.17) it's exactly 40 trading days
from 5.10.17 to 6.8.17 (52 week low reset to last day IPIX traded under ticker CTIX) = 21 days
of those 21 days .. 13 were marked over 30% .. 13/21 = 61.90%
note from 6.9.17 to today (7.6.17) it's 19 trading days
of those 19 days .. 15 were marked over 30% .. 15/19 = 78.94%
and of the 40 days since 5.10.17 to today (7.6.17)
note that 28 were marked over 30 % .. 28/40 = 70%
will post out the tape of trades when ihang is back 100%
