presently have 4 RC, 4 Jews and 1 other on the Supreme Court and it has been that way for a while. Only 5 RC and 4 Jews.
That is not a representation of the US population or beliefs.
I often wonder if there was 5 Protestants, 2 RC, 1 other on the Supreme Court how our present law would differ.
