I mentioned the other day that the Rosen Firm has now announced a "shareholder suit" against NTRP (though they don't have a lead plaintiff yet). NTRP stock has recovered from that initial move down.
Rosen didn't announce this "lawsuit" when the stock was torpedoed by the inconclusive and poorly analyzed results of NTRP's small clinical trial. Nope, they waited until it recovered upward several points, into the high 9's (from the lows in the 6's).
Golly, a suspicious person might think that the Rosen Firm waited a couple of months to file this suit, until the stock recovered to a high point where it could be shorted, and then torpedoed by a "shareholders suit." It's a good thing that I'm very trusting and not suspicious at all.
