The $RMHB share structure isn't bloated, if it was this wouldn't be selling in the pennies. With the right news this is easily capable of a much higher share price. All shareholders will be happy.
No reason to go to the NASDAQ until the company is generating solid large earnings on a quarter to quarter basis. Celsius is the perfect example of what not to do. This is there 2nd attempt at the NASDAQ and it will prove once again to be a fatal mistake.
I am sure Gerry David has realized grasping for the golden NASDAQ ring to soon is a bad tactical move. He probably listened to bad advice from people who contribute articles to Seeking Alpha.
"We" are sure he will have deaf ears from that source this time around.
