Reading the series B financing, it doesn't necessarily mean to trigger another vote for RS, also 2 mil financing should be a relief, why the panic sell?
Here's question I never thought of before, in case of RS 1:10, how does broker handle limit sell 100 shares @ $1.00? Has anyone experienced this matter?
