After having read all that you can about this , Rookie, and perhaps otherwise know, do you really feel, in your best opinion, that this is what the future holds for us via KMAG & JR, a merger or reverse merger into a shell so as to get out of the kmag shell, and up to the OTC.BB, .QX  or whatever, so as to escape the SEC trading prison chains for the KMAG ticker? I do remember one post of smoke_em's, in the which he stated that it would not much matter where we traded, ie: KMAG>> (or possibly, also, via whichever ticker symbol ''we'' traded under?)>>, just so long as KMAG (or ticker ''WXYZ'') continues to show via its former or new ticker, ''A SUBSTANTIAL INCREASE IN REVENUES EVERY QUARTER, for if that (single) business/financial reality continues to happen, it will not matter much where KMAG trades, even if in the grey market arena.''
