I have a call into Cresent Construction and strongly suggest anyone reading here or over there, contact them as well to confirm the validity of the IHSI/Cresent acquisition

Paul Knopick is probably very upset that shareholders are contacting David Singer directly but lets be honest here - they aren't coming clean to all this rhetoric about a reverse stock split.
What's so hard about issuing a statement saying that "we have no intentions of performing a RS"
One sentence would be a game changer.
Wonder how many "new" shares have been released to cd note holders since the Jun 28th update of 5.4M shs in the OS
We traded 1.2 Billion followed by over 600M shares in two sessions, then I don't know what since then, but clearly shares continue to be unglued from the AS into the OS & float.
We are at zero bid so the note holders are all sitting on the .0001 ask
I hope they all choke to death on a ham sandwich
