If Management has the ability and creativity to use series A/B shares for
a share swap ,that should be easily attainable. If they can do that, plus a buyback, than .10 could be the 52 week low.
It's up to Veal to explore all these options now, imho. They are directly tied to us/float, as far as shares go, in the form of deferred payments. If they reduce the SS by 50-70%, management will be set for life upon returning. They can then self fund operations until they sell the company later- and get the mega double dip.(that's why mgt wants to be a public company again)=can't double dip as a private entity
