We need to get gold49er and a few others over here. As far as the 2001 pdf on Electronic banking controversy . If anyone has downloaded the document , check the dates on the footnotes. I believe I saw dates of 2004 and 2005 in there. It is pretty hard to refer to a source in the future unless that document has been updated. If it has been updated then that is not the original document and Gold 49er is right about his statements on the subject. GO SFOR
