I should clarify my previous post as I don't want it to be misunderstood.
I have no reason to believe that Yossi Dagan is not a good choice. As for the poor performance of his previous company TISA, obviously it cannot be attributed to him alone. I'm sure it was on its way down regardless.
Under the circumstances, appointing Yossi Dagan was a good choice and he appears to have all of the qualifications needed for the position.
But he is not the "superstar" that the mouthpieces promised.
