Well are they going to drill anywhere this year? [Meaning: TECO has not drilled in several years, and so, he questions if they are going to get their act together and drill anytime in 2017].
Where is Bull and his hammer [meaning this fellow “Bull", i.e. Bull2222 and his compadres, were a constant fixture on this board and the other board for several years and heavily promoted the stock, and so, he wonders where they gentlemen or gentlewomen are].
I know one not going to invest in any companies who drill for oil in resort countries in the future [Mr. DCB seems convinced that he is not going to fall for any other company that attempts to drill oil in resort countries such as Belize which TECO participated, and so, he is referring to himself; the poor guy invested mightily in TECO and lost tremendous amount of money (by his own account), but he is now out of TECO and possibly feels sorry for those that are still in].
