How is "Series A Preferred Stock" different from the shares we are holding?
"...On July 2, 2017, we entered into an exchange agreement (the “Exchange”) with one of our investors ..." So not a buy out, instead this would be a stock exchange?
Do this PR deminish our hope of $1 goal by Aug 14, or does it mean the opposite?
