There was never going to be an opportunity to hire a "rock star" CFO, IMO. The management here is part time at minimum pay. Who would be attracted to the situation is a qualified young accounting professional in Israel with some upper management, or best even CFO, experience. Someone like this would be an improvement over the last guy. A "rock star" would have required a ton of money upfront and big share dilution. Be happy the company did what they did hiring the young guy to grow into the job.
