Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Bill has no requirements as to how he shares information about the privately owned companies we assume will be part of a trading symbol at some future date. We received 'dividends' and not shares from the spin out.
The three way forward split was 'proposed' however never happened. Some people decided to 'speculate' and get the jump when they assumed the deal with Incumaker would happen.
Now people are not happy that Bill is not sharing information that he likely has no legal responsibility to do so? How is not being on FB his problem? If you want the info...join FB.
