For The Record
The "News" I posted from FITX New Management CEO Brian S. Payne was out before the "News" that Steady Freddy posted from FITX Old Management CEO James L. Robinson. I could not find an news update from James L. Robinson.
Also note that at this time there is NO update at the OTC site http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FITX/news or updates in the OTC "Filings and Disclosure" http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FITX/filings.
I now hope that the SEC gets to the bottom of this.
