There are multiple possibles.
The result I believe, is the Government holdings in Ally Financial totaling 1.4 Billion being the settlement to keep a1.4 Billion dollar market glitch under the radar. ENTI then took a Equity stake without taking a position in Ally Financial formerly GMAC and repackaged it.
My problem is, if that is the case. The property having been a government holding has to be offered to the public. Ally Financial trades at $20.
Which makes the 30 Billion ENTI X 5% = 1.5 Billion Divvy's the possible result in offering the holding to the public in another form. It is the dirty side of business that I don't like. Because some people sold out on market trends rather than holding tight.
Well,I...was going to clean house...and run. However I am siding on the side of keeping what I can and see where it goes...now. Those non self clearing shares and Dod/Frank should hold the price at $2 with anything it touches seeing a Financial Institution is in play in the SS. I smell a BIG Flying Pig is that bacon?
