I believe this deal will get done because I believe in Tony!!! However, to say it is a done deal unequivocally and that nothing could be lurking in the shadows is I believe a mistake!

I don't believe that Songbird Airlines would just open all their books ( financials in particular ) for review without a good faith deposit by USGlobal or any other buyer. I have bought amd sold businesses of a lower price and that was always standard practice as part of the purchase and or sale! A GF deposit and a period of time to review all the financials in particular.

Think in terms of buying or selling a house most of us have done that. A GF deposit is required and then an inspection, appraisal, survey and a title search among other things before closing the deal it is way more complicated in a business transaction! Thankfully Songbird is not a publicly traded company as well that adds to the time frame to close a deal!

Once again I believe this WILL get done thanks to the tenacity exhibited by Tony, he has shown me where there is a will there is a way!!
