Re: starboardtack #35391
Classic. You claim that the next clinical trials will be much more expensive than they would be, you claim that they will have to do a dilutive financing deal --
and then say correctly that the company is pursuing a partnership -- said partnership making the dilutive financing deal unnecessary because either there would be a cash infusion, or the partner would pay for at least part of the clinical trials, or (more likely) both. Plus, even if they did need more money, they certainly wouldn't do 46 million all at once, at this low stock price.
Your points are self-contradictory and an illustration of Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt-mongering.
As to your point about message boards -- indeed a knowledgeable investor would never trade based on posts by an anonymous stranger, especially one who suddenly shows up repeatedly posting misinformation. But some naive people are scared off because they start their research on message boards, and when they see scary FUD, they stop researching -- thus they don't continue their research to discove that it is BS intended to keep them from buying.
IMO, it's wasted effort for people to show up posting falsehoods, especially because they will be refuted on this board. This board mostly has knowledgeable investors.
