Consumers biggest issues to streaming services are Bandwidth and quality.. And VUDU (Owned by Comcast) is the closest on Bandwidth... but the questions then become is it true 4K & HDR that they are referring too and what is the Quality... because they can stream 4k but the bandwidth is X... being real high (20-25 megs) they can say they are doing 4k/HDR at 10 megs but the quality sucks.... its one thing to say...and a totally different to deliver... that is where "everyone" is stuck "Except or Boys" and thats why they are making sure they are crossing T's and doting those I's........ they know better then anything what the time limits are
