YES, there is reasons that the PPS isn't moving since lots of shareholders are not SELLING & HOLDING, also TYTN has a LOW FLOAT so not much shares available which makes MM's Manipulate the PPS to try to hunt for stops or scare investors into selling, not working ..LOL !! the phony pump nonsense is BS ...IMO
