I think some here are missing the big picture...
Swig Cinema / UltraFlix are the only ones with their secure patented technology to distribute via e-Digital Distribution to the Global Cinema Theater's.
This is something that the Major Studios have been waiting for since digital streaming began.
Saying that and seeing how their secure technology applies to Home Theater Streaming as well, this will give us the edge for new release movies and share commercial revenues directly with the Major Studios !!!!
Something never done before !!!!
So let them all fight for the old content which I'm sure we as well will have the edge over them.
