IMO, 1) I think you are low on the dollar amount, as to Ropes & Gray's eyes on....2) I'm sure it is on the settlement money with nearly 4 Dozen infringers on a list for them to take to task. As to 3) If StrikeForce should ever receive an offer for a buyout, and I'm sure they will at some point....I would think Ropes and Gray would be the choice of firms to represent them.
