Exactly - anyone who has been trading $DIGX over repeat runs - or even those that follow my strategy of not selling their cheapest shares on the last run - should have been able to convert all their .0002s (the few that have them) and all their .0003s and most / all of their .0004s to "free" by now to trade on runs above .0020 in due course.
Most people holding .0003s are not interested in selling at .0004.
Nor are the people who got most of the .0004s during the mass loading on June 15 & 16 interested in selling at .0005.
