That low ball value is inconsistent with Leo's plan to maximize value....it is also inconsistent with the recent deals for mid-stage bios in similar markets. Note also that many BPs are aggressive and reportedly in dire need for such drugs. I suspect that the SP will be above that value if we get strong B-UP and P results. All IMHO.
