For the sake of ALIE, imo the CEO should not try to merge a bad company's stock with a potential new one.  IMO he would be better off letting KMAG RIP and try his best not to get this SHELL SUSPENDED.. This of course is my opinion and would bode better for shareholders when this begins trading..

I wonder if the SEC has the RADAR on this already due to the history here?? I guess only time will tell..
