They really erred in choosing IPIX/CTIX as a target for this. Yes, they have made fortunes by running it up and then shorting near 5. But this management, unlike OCAT (which was another of this gang's targets) is not going to get itself in financial trouble with toxic financing. Also unlike OCAT, IPIX is not dependent on one drug or technology.

And, most importantly, unlike OCAT, this management is aware of what's going on with the manipulators and is fighting back.

I'm not sure that everyone realizes how monumental it was that the company chose to fight the Rosen bogus suit -- and won -- rather than paying them greenmail.

And, despite the cries from the shorts, the company has made it clear that they're NOT going to do the reverse split that the shorts desperately want.

I don't care how long it takes, I will continue to hold and add to my stock position. But I have a feeling that the wait isn't going to be all that long.
