An LOI turns into a purchase after due diligence and closing. I think it's safe to believe there is a high probability of a closing re: songbird and 767. Papa picked 90 days because the 8k specifies a closing no later than 90 days of LOI. I can't read papas mind but I'm sure he's not thinking midnight of the 90th day.
