reduction in the SS and this will increase the valuation exponentially. That is the key, since we know that good news will/should continue to flow. Joe would be smart to use any series A and B to swap out shares with.That will/would save them on money on a share buy back .
(Meaning if they retire shares for a year, say 1.5 billion max for A/
then a billion shares bought at .0013 last pps would be 1.3 million dollars-saving themselves almost 2 million )
with an 800mm float, they would blow the roof off the house. My .12-.18 run would be replaced by an easy .50 target.
Great post, management can control the verocity of the pps rise-set the bar, with their decisions with share structure. It would behoove them to do it.
